Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States via standard shipping methods. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (as indicated at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
